Education
Engineer, graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and of MBA studies at Kozminski University (Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego).
He developed his broad managerial and engineering competence by gaining experience in both the public and private sectors.
Professional Experience
In 2008–2014 he held expert and managerial positions at Ove Arup & Partners International Ltd., taking part in projects related to the development of transport infrastructure.
In 2014–2018, as Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning Office and of the Strategy and Development Office at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., he implemented innovative analytical solutions dedicated to strategic planning and to assessing the effectiveness of infrastructure investments.
In 2018–2024 he held managerial and director-level positions at Databout sp. z o.o. (formerly WYG International sp. z o.o.), where he managed a team, led projects for key public investors in the transport and energy infrastructure sector, and implemented modern IT tools supporting the analysis of point investments.
Since 2024 he has served as Director of the Investment Preparation Office at the Head Office of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., where he is responsible, among other things, for supervising the technical and functional aspects of investments at the documentation stage, verifying the risks and schedules of investment tasks, and implementing the BIM methodology.
