Education
Engineer, graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, and holder of an MBA degree from the Kozminski University (Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego).
He has developed his broad managerial and engineering competencies by gaining experience in both the public and private sectors.
Professional Experience
From 2008 to 2014, he held expert and managerial positions at Ove Arup & Partners International Ltd., where he participated in transport infrastructure development projects.
Between 2014 and 2018, as Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning Office and later the Strategy and Development Office at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., he implemented innovative analytical tools for strategic planning and infrastructure investment efficiency assessment.
From 2018 to 2024, he served in managerial and director-level roles at Databout sp. z o.o. (formerly WYG International sp. z o.o.), where he managed teams, led projects for key public investors in the transport and energy infrastructure sectors, and introduced modern IT tools supporting investment analysis and project evaluation.
Since 2024, he has been serving as Director of the Investment Preparation Office at the Headquarters of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., where he is responsible for supervising technical and functional aspects of investments at the documentation stage, verifying risks and project schedules, and implementing the BIM methodology.
