Introduction
Grzegorz Kossowski is an experienced infrastructure project manager and civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in delivering complex investments in the railway, road and bridge sectors.
Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Cracow University of Technology (Wydział Inżynierii Lądowej Politechniki Krakowskiej) and of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme conducted in English by the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (Szkoła Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej).
Specialisation
He specialises in comprehensive management of infrastructure projects – from the preparation of tender documentation, through the execution of construction works, to investor supervision and the settlement of projects co-financed from EU funds. He has practical knowledge of FIDIC procedures, experience of working with international teams and fluent command of English.

During his career he has held managerial and director positions in companies such as:

- PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.
- Rubau Polska Sp. z o.o.
- STRABAG Sp. z o.o.
He was responsible, among other things, for the delivery of modernisation projects on railway lines E20, E30, E59, CMK, LK8, LK22, LK97 and for the reconstruction of railway stations (Warszawa Gdańska, Korytów, Szeligi, Strzałki). He also delivered contracts abroad (Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic).
Licences and Skills
He holds construction licences (uprawnienia budowlane) to manage construction works without restrictions in the structural and construction specialisation. He is distinguished by a strategic approach to project management, a high standard of organisational culture and the ability to effectively implement modern solutions in the infrastructure construction sector.
