Legal counsel (radca prawny) and Doctor of Law with more than 15 years of experience in providing legal services to domestic and international business entities.
Education
Graduate (summa cum laude) of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Interfaculty Environmental Protection Studies (Międzywydziałowe Studia Ochrony Środowiska) of the University of Warsaw.
She also completed international economic relations at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the postgraduate studies “Mergers and Acquisitions of Enterprises” (Fuzje i Przejęcia Przedsiębiorstw) at SGH.
In 2018 she defended, with distinction, her doctorate in international space law, and in 2024 she completed the Stern Leadership Academy at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Professional Experience
She gained professional experience at more than twenty research centres around the world and by working at the largest Polish and international law firms, such as White & Case and Weil, Gotshal & Manges (now Rymarz Zdort Maruta).
She has supported commercial companies and financial institutions in investment processes, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions transactions, restructurings and raising debt financing.
Since mid-2024 she has served as Director of the Legal Office at the Head Office of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., where she is responsible for coordinating the company’s legal services.
Distinctions and Achievements
For her academic and professional achievements she has been distinguished many times:
- in 2023 she was named among the 25 most outstanding women lawyers in Poland by Forbes Women,
- earlier she received a special award in the “Rising Stars – Lawyers, Leaders of Tomorrow” (Rising Stars – Prawnicy liderzy jutra) competition, organised by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Wolters Kluwer.
