Education
Graduate (summa cum laude) of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Interfaculty Environmental Protection Studies at the University of Warsaw.
She also completed International Economic Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Postgraduate Studies in Mergers and Acquisitions at the same university.
In 2018, she earned her PhD in International Space Law with distinction, and in 2024, she completed the Stern Leadership Academy program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Professional Experience
She has gained experience at over twenty academic and research centers worldwide and worked in leading Polish and international law firms, including White & Case and Weil, Gotshal & Manges (currently Rymarz Zdort Maruta).
She has advised commercial companies and financial institutions on investment processes, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and debt financing transactions.
Since mid-2024, she has served as Director of the Legal Office at the Headquarters of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., where she is responsible for coordinating the company’s legal services.
Awards and Achievements
For her academic and professional accomplishments, she has received numerous recognitions, including:
- In 2023, she was listed among the 25 most outstanding female lawyers in Poland by Forbes Women.
- She previously received a Special Award in the “Rising Stars – Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow” competition organized by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Wolters Kluwer.
