Mr Artur Jastrzębski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Gdańsk and a legal counsel (radca prawny).

He specialises in comprehensive legal services for construction investments. During his career he advised on and collaborated in the delivery of strategic infrastructure projects, including the construction of roads, railways, power plants, stadiums and other public utility facilities.
