Education
A graduate of the Higher School of Pedagogy in Częstochowa, where in 1999 he obtained a master’s degree in history.
In 2005 he completed postgraduate studies in environmental protection at the Łódź University of Technology, followed by studies in economics at the Centre for European Law Studies (Studium Prawa Europejskiego).
In 2002 he obtained the qualifications to serve as a member of a supervisory body, passing the examination for candidates for members of supervisory boards in State Treasury companies before the Examination Board attached to the Minister of the State Treasury.
Professional Experience
He gained professional experience at the Łódź Regional Sickness Fund (Łódzka Regionalna Kasa Chorych), and then at the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź, where he was responsible for the external control of pro-environmental investments.
In 2007–2018 he served as Vice-Marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship, responsible, among other things, for the implementation of rural development programmes, environmental protection policy, and matters relating to culture and education.
He currently serves as Adviser to the Management Board of MTP Group sp. z o.o. in Poznań, where he is responsible for cooperation and contacts with local government units.
Activity on Supervisory Boards
He has extensive experience in supervisory bodies – he has sat on the supervisory boards of, among others:
- Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne sp. z o.o.,
- Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. in Opoczno.
