The facility is equipped with a large amount of modern equipment used for the daily servicing and routine repair of Łódź Agglomeration Railway trains. The following have been installed on individual tracks: an underfloor wheel lathe, a laser station for measuring wheelsets, a scale for measuring wheel loads, a drop pit and a sanding station. The ecological washing facility also carries out processes such as de-icing, toilet waste removal and water replenishment. The contract value was more than PLN 55.2 million net.
