Trakcja was honoured at the gala for the presentation of the prestigious Safe Work Leaders Cards (Karty Liderów Bezpiecznej Pracy), organised by the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute (Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy). The awards were presented in Białystok during the 25th annual Safe Work Leaders Forum Conference.
The Safe Work Leaders Forum (Forum Liderów Bezpiecznej Pracy), established as early as 1998, admits enterprises and organisations for which concern for the health and safety of employees is a natural, inseparable element of everyday business activity. Currently the Leaders Forum has more than 170 member enterprises, which can be held up as examples in matters relating to a culture of safe work.
Traditionally, Safe Work Leaders Cards were presented during the gala. Trakcja received the most important distinction, the Gold Safe Work Leader Card (Złota Karta Lidera Bezpiecznej Pracy), alongside such companies as KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., Grupa Azoty, and companies from the PKN Orlen and PGE S.A. groups.
