Artur Jastrzębski Appointed Member of the Management Board of Trakcja S.A.

On 1 July 2024, Mr Artur Jastrzębski took up the position of Member of the Management Board of Trakcja, Corporate Director.

Mr Artur Jastrzębski is a law graduate of the University of Gdańsk and a legal counsel (radca prawny). He has extensive managerial experience gained, among others, at PGE Narodowy, Przedsiębiorstwo Napraw i Utrzymania Infrastruktury Kolejowej w Krakowie sp. z o.o., PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o.

He is a specialist in comprehensive legal services for construction investments. In his career he has advised on and cooperated in the delivery of tasks related to the construction of roads, railways, power plants, stadiums and other public utility facilities. He also has in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure construction industry and understands its conditions, challenges and main problems.

Mr Artur Jastrzębski has been associated with Trakcja S.A. since 2017; most recently he served as Director of the Legal Office.

The decision on the appointment of Mr Jastrzębski to the Management Board of the Company was taken on 24 June 2024 by the Supervisory Board of Trakcja.
