Full confidentiality in cases where the applied procurement procedure requires it.

Giving or accepting gifts whose value or nature may influence the selection of an offer.
Corruption or dishonest practices in relationships between employees and suppliers, or between suppliers themselves, which may result in:a. misleading the contracting entity,b. depriving other bidders of the opportunity to participate,c. cancelling the procedure,d. any other events affecting the fairness of the process.
Situations where employees’ interests conflict with the interests of the Company.
Actions by employees taken for the benefit or in the interests of any bidder.

Delivery of goods and services in accordance with accepted commitments.
Maintaining high ethical standards, compliance with applicable quality norms and legal regulations, and declaring adherence to them.
