74/2022 – Information on the Conclusion of a Significant Agreement by the Subsidiary PRK 7 Nieruchomości

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company” or “Issuer”) informs that today, an agreement was signed by the Company’s subsidiary, PRK 7 Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (the “Contractor”), with the Institute of Solidarity and Bravery named after Witold Pilecki, headquartered in Warsaw (the “Ordering Party”), for the execution of construction works for the comprehensive realization of the investment project titled “Expansion and Reconstruction of the Office-Service Building Located at 82 Sienna Street, Warsaw” (the “Agreement”).

The total gross value of the Agreement amounts to PLN 75,707,706.00. The works are to be completed within 56 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement. The remaining terms of the Agreement are consistent with those commonly applied to this type of contract.

The Issuer’s Management Board has decided to publish this information as the execution of the aforementioned contract constitutes a significant portion of the order portfolio managed by the Trakcja Group and its subsidiary PRK 7 Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o., and has an impact on maintaining current and increasing future revenues and results for both the Trakcja Group and PRK 7 Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o.
