71/2022 – Notification pursuant to Article 19 para. 1 of the MAR

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that the Company was notified on 4 October 2022, in keeping with Article 19 para. 1 of Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR), by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu Spółka Akcyjna as a person closely associated with Jakub Lechowicz, the President of the Company’s Management Board and Klaudia Budzisz, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, of the acquisition of the Company’s Series G bonds on 29 September 2022.

The contents of the notification constitute an appendix hereto.
