70K/2022 – Notifications pursuant to Article 19 para. 1 of the MAR – correction

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) hereby corrects a clerical error in Current Report No. 70/2022 and informs that the Company has been notified in keeping with Article 19 para. 1 of Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR), by COMSA S.A.U. with its registered office in Barcelona (“COMSA”), as a person closely associated with Julio Alvarez Lopez, Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa and Jorge Miarnau Montserrat, members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, of the following events:

– The release from pledge of all the shares held by COMSA in Trakcja S.A., on 30 September 2022;
– The sale by COMSA of 4,514,405 Series G bonds on 29 September 2022.

The contents of the notifications received by the Company are disclosed in an appendix hereto.
