The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 12, 2013, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company appointed Mr. Andrzej Bartos as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for a new joint three-year term.

• He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.
