New Development Project of Trakcja Group
PRK 7 Nieruchomości, a company of Trakcja Group, has started construction of a small housing estate. The investment is being built in a well-connected and developing part of Warsaw’s Targówek district. The first residents will be able to move into the new units next year.
The development project called Oliwska Nova is being built in the area of Wysockiego and Budowlana streets in Warsaw’s Targówek district, just 3 minutes from the tram, bus and railway stops at Warszawa Praga. The estate will consist of 45 units with areas of 154, 175 and 214 m2. Each of the three-storey houses will have a one- or two-space garage, a garden and an additional above-ground parking space on the estate grounds.
More than four years ago we successfully completed two stages of an estate located a few hundred metres further on. Customers gain the peace and comfort of living in a house in a well-connected area of the city, located just 20 minutes’ drive from the centre of Warsaw – says Roman Przybył, President of Trakcja Group.
In a few years’ time, once the Krasiński Bridge route has been built and the zoning plan for the nearby areas has changed, it will certainly be one of the most attractive locations in this part of Warsaw. The first residents will be able to move into the estate as early as next year. Construction of the next stage is planned for the following years.
PRK 7 Nieruchomości is the property development company of Trakcja Group. It currently offers flats in the Osiedle Lazurowa II estate at ul. Pełczyńskiego in Warsaw.
