Reconstruction of a Railway Viaduct in Silesia

Trakcja PRKiI has signed a contract for the reconstruction of a railway viaduct on line no. 131 in the area of Tarnowskie Góry station. The investment, worth PLN 8.6 million, provides for a thorough overhaul of the load-bearing structures of the facility, as well as the replacement of railway infrastructure elements. The works will include the replacement of the track surface, turnouts, overhead contact line and railway traffic control equipment within the viaduct and Tarnowskie Góry railway station. In addition, the lighting installations under the viaduct will be rebuilt.

The investment will be completed in November 2018.
