Reconstruction of an Intersection in Konin

Road works that Trakcja PRKiI S.A. will carry out for the Konin Municipal Roads Authority (Zarząd Dróg Miejskich w Koninie) and the city of Konin are worth more than PLN 26 million net.

The investment involves the reconstruction of the intersection of Warszawska and Kolska streets, which is currently a three-arm intersection with traffic lights. As a result of the modernisation, a roundabout-type intersection will be created, with traffic brought in from Europejska Street via a viaduct over Kolska Street.

The task will also include a completely new storm sewerage network and lighting of the intersection.  The task will be carried out in a consortium with PRB Drobet.

The deadline for completing the works has been set for the end of July 2019.
