Utilities Servicing of Investment Land near Białystok
Works worth over PLN 10 million net will be carried out by Trakcja PRKiI S.A. for the Municipality of Łapy.
The aim of the investment is to create favourable conditions for establishing and developing production activity through comprehensive preparation of land for investment in the town of Łapy. The task has been divided into two stages.
The first stage involves completing the utilities servicing of 4 investment plots in the western part of the site, together with the construction of an access road. The works will be completed by the end of October 2018. The next stage will consist of completing all the remaining works, i.e. construction of internal roads and pavements, construction of a sanitary sewer network, electrical works, and construction of a lighting line and a technology duct. The deadline for completing the second stage has been set for the end of May 2019.
