106/2013 – Information on the adoption by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e. PT Kruszywa Sp. z o. o. resolutions on liquidation

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. December 19, 2013, the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e. PT Kruszywa Sp. z o. o., based in Białystok (“Company”), adopted a resolution to dissolve the company and commence liquidation of the Company. The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company appointed Mr. Rolandas Rekašius as the Company’s liquidator and determined that the Company’s liquidator represents the Company during its liquidation. The application to open liquidation proceedings will be submitted by the Company on December 20, 2013 to the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
