Trakcja Group to Build a School and Educational Complex in Pruszków

The Special School and Educational Centre (Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy) at ul. Wapienna in Pruszków will be built for PLN 42.3 million gross by PRK 7, the property development company of the Trakcja Group. The project provides for the construction of new buildings for the Centre – the premises currently in use were put into operation in the 1960s.

The investment will be delivered in two stages: in the first phase of the project a new three-storey teaching building will be built, with kitchen facilities, a canteen, a common room and a fully equipped sports hall.

In the second stage a boarding house for the Centre’s pupils will be built. The total built-up area will be 3,105.52 m². The school building will be intended for 150 pupils and 50 teachers and rehabilitation specialists. The contract also provides for the construction of accompanying infrastructure comprising pavements, roadways and a car park with 78 parking spaces. In addition, a playground, a sports field and a running track with a long jump pit will be built around the training complex. Areas for hippotherapy and dog-assisted therapy will also be set aside on the site of the training complex.

The Consortium partner is Trakcja PRKiI. The entire project will be completed by July 2022.
