30/2021 – Information on the receipt of a statement from a Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of the Trakcja S.A. company (the ”Company”, the ”Issuer”) informs that today the  Company has received from a Member of the Management Board Mr. Robert Sobków a statement on the termination of the Management Contract concluded with the Company, with a 3-month notice period, in which at the same time a statement has been included that during the notice period, i.e. until 30 November 2021, Mr. Robert Sobków will submit his resignation from the position of a Member of the Company’s Management Board.
The Company will inform by a separate current report on the receipt of resignation from the position of a Member of the Management Board.

Legal basis:
§ 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for considering as equivalent information required by legal regulations of a non-member state.
