Strength in the Group – What’s New at Our Subsidiaries
We checked in on our group entities and are proud to announce that PRK 7 Nieruchomości Sp z o.o. has signed two important contracts.
On 23 September, we signed a contract with the Motor Transport Institute (Instytut Transportu Samochodowego) in Warsaw. The subject of the contract is construction works concerning the thermal modernisation of the ITS buildings in Warsaw. The value of the investment specified in the contract is PLN 16,537,961.56 gross.
We began the following week with another success: on 27 September we signed a contract with the Capital City Development Authority (Stołeczny Zarząd Rozbudowy Miasta), acting on behalf of Warsaw, for the construction of an Intergenerational Activity Centre. The value of the works will be PLN 28,970,622.95 gross.
