59/2022 Notice of exceeding the threshold of 75% of the total number of voting rights in the Company – addendum

Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) with reference to current report No. 57/2022, informs that on 2.09.2022 it received from PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. (“Shareholders”) a notice supplementing the notice of 1.09.2022, provided pursuant to Article 69 (1)(1) in conjunction with Article 87 (1)(5) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies (the “Act”), on exceeding the threshold of 75% of the total number of voting rights in the Company by the above Shareholders, who are bound by the agreement referred to in Article 87(1)(5) of the Act.

The Company provides the detailed contents of the notice in the appendix to this report.
