60/2022 Notice of change of share in the total number of voting rights

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) announces that on 2.09.2022 it received from COMSA S.A.U (the “Shareholder”) a notice provided pursuant to Article 69(1)(2), Article 69(2)(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 69a(1)(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the “Act”) on the decrease of the share in the total number of voting rights in the Company by the abovementioned Shareholder.

The aforementioned change in the share of voting rights occurred as a result of the registration on 29.08.2022 by the District Court for the capital city Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Economic Department of the National Court Register of an increase in the Company’s share capital through the issuance of series E ordinary registered shares, which were acquired by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.
