Enlarged Management Board of Trakcja

On 28 November 2022, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A. adopted resolutions appointing Mr Jerzy Pazura as Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of the Company, and Mr Andrzej Kozera as Member of the Management Board and Operations Director of the Company.

Mr Jerzy Pazura is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa), completed management studies in Paris, and has many years of experience working as CFO of State Treasury companies, private enterprises and international companies.

Mr Andrzej Kozera is a graduate of the Radom University of Technology (Politechnika Radomska), where he obtained the professional title of Engineer. He also completed postgraduate studies in project management and MBA Management Studies at GFKM. He has developed his professional career to date in companies from the railway construction industry and in the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Group.
