3/2023 – Information on the Conclusion of a Significant Contract by Trakcja S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, “Issuer”) announces that today it has entered into a contract with the City of Łódź – City Investment Management Board as the contracting authority, for the execution of works under the project “Extension/Reconstruction of Szczecińska Street in Łódź from Aleksandrowska Street to the city border under a design and build system” (the “Contract”). The conclusion of this Contract follows the selection of the Company’s offer as the most advantageous in the unrestricted tender.

The net value of the Contract is PLN 71,224,081.91. The works are to be completed within 36 months from the date of the Contract.

The remaining terms of the Contract are in line with those commonly applied for this type of contract.

The Issuer’s Management Board decided to publish this information because the execution of this investment project constitutes a significant part of the orders portfolio held by the Company and impacts the maintenance of current and the increase in future revenues and results of the Company.
