9/2023 – Change of the Publication Date for the Annual Individual and Consolidated Reports for the 2022 Financial Year

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs, in reference to current report No. 1/2023 dated January 25, 2023, that the publication date for the annual individual and consolidated reports for the 2022 financial year, initially planned for April 6, 2023, has been postponed to April 5, 2023.

The dates for the publication of periodic reports remain unchanged:

• Report for Q1 2023: May 24, 2023
• Report for H1 2023: September 27, 2023
• Report for Q3 2023: November 22, 2023

Legal Basis: § 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757)
