25/2023 – Resolutions Passed by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the content of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (“OGM”), which took place on June 28, 2023.

The full text of all resolutions put to a vote, along with the voting results, is included in Appendix No. 1 to this current report. All draft resolutions presented for voting were adopted by the OGM.

Additionally, the Management Board informs that the OGM did not deviate from considering any of the items on the planned agenda, and no objections were raised to the minutes during the meeting.

Legal Basis for the Report: § 19(1)(6), (7), (8), and (9) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
