26/2023 – Ordinary General Meeting of the Company – Significant Shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in Warsaw (“Company”) provides in Appendix No. 1 to this current report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on June 28, 2023, in Warsaw.

Legal Basis: Article 70, point 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005, on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
