28/2023 – Information on the Conclusion of a Significant Contract by the Subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Issuer”) announces that today a contract was signed by the Issuer’s subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai, based in Lithuania (“Contractor”), and UAB STiEMO, also based in Lithuania (“Client”), for the installation works of 330 kV electric lines (Dvarviečių VE TP – Tytuvėnai VE TP transformer substation) (“Contract”).

The total net value of the Contract amounts to EUR 15,768,775.00 (PLN 70,278,276.42). The deadline for the completion of the works specified in the contract is September 1, 2024.

The other terms of the Contract are in line with commonly used conditions for this type of agreement.

The Issuer’s Management Board decided to publish this information as the execution of the mentioned contract constitutes a significant portion of the order portfolio of Trakcja Group and its subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai. It also impacts the maintenance of current and enhancement of future revenues and results for Trakcja Group and AB Kauno Tiltai.
