29/2023 – Supplement to Report No. 27/2023 Regarding the Registration of the Merger of Trakcja S.A. with the Subsidiary BTW sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Issuer”) supplements the information provided in current report No. 27/2023 by specifying, based on data from the Central Information of the National Court Register, that on June 29, 2023, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register issued a Ruling on the entry of the merger of the Issuer with the subsidiary BTW sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław (“Ruling”). The entry of the merger based on this Ruling was made on June 30, 2023.
