18/2024 – Preliminary Financial Results of Trakcja S.A. for the First Quarter of 2024

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) announces that today the preliminary closure of accounting books and data collection for the consolidated quarterly report for the three-month period ended March 31, 2024, has been completed. Accordingly, and in reference to current report No. 17/2024, the Company discloses the following:

Preliminary estimated financial results of the Company for the first quarter of 2024:

• Sales Revenue: PLN 159,840 thousand
• Gross Profit from Sales: PLN 4,992 thousand
• EBITDA: PLN 3,155 thousand
• Gross Profit: -PLN 6,786 thousand

Preliminary estimates of the Group’s financial results will be disclosed after completing the data collection process and preliminary accounting closure.

The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be presented in the consolidated quarterly report for the three-month period ended March 31, 2024, which, according to the adopted reporting schedule, will be published on May 28, 2024.
