19/2024 – Revocation of the Appointment of the CEO

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs, in reference to current report No. 1/2024 and current report No. 13/2024, that the Supervisory Board, in a resolution passed on April 29, 2024, decided to revoke the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Kozera from the position of CEO of the Company.

Accordingly, effective April 30, 2024, the composition of the Management Board will be as follows:

• Arkadiusz Arciszewski – CEO
• Jerzy Pazura – Management Board Member
• Jakub Lechowicz – Management Board Member
• Andrzej Kozera – Management Board Member
• Bartłomiej Cygan – Management Board Member

Legal Basis: § 5 pkt 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of non-member states as equivalent.
