Arkadiusz Arciszewski Appointed President of Trakcja from 30 April

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. informs that on 18 April 2024, following the completed qualification procedure for the position of President of the Management Board of the Company, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting on the basis of § 10 sections 2 and 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Arkadiusz Arciszewski to the Management Board of the Company and entrusting him with the function of President of the Management Board of the Company with effect from 30 April 2024.

Mr Arkadiusz Arciszewski is a graduate of the Kielce University of Technology (Politechnika Świętokrzyska) in Kielce, Faculty of Civil Engineering, specialising in Road and Bridge Construction. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry, both on the investor’s side and on the general contractor’s side. 
He has worked for companies including Budimex, Strabag, Polaqua, Polimex and PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe, where he served as Deputy Director of the Investment Delivery Centre (Centrum Realizacji Inwestycji).

•    12.2018 – 07.2019 – Director of the North Region of the Road and Bridge Division
•    08.2019 – 10.2019 – Operations Director 
•    10.2019 – 06.2022 – Vice-President of the Management Board, Operations Director
At Trakcja he was responsible for the organisation, preparation, delivery and supervision of infrastructure contracts carried out by the company: railway, road and bridge, urban and energy contracts.  He supervised the processes related to tendering and procurement.

During his professional career, Mr Arkadiusz Arciszewski was responsible for a number of key infrastructure investments in Poland, including, above all, the Central Trunk Line (CMK) – Line No. 4, the construction of the S7 expressway on the Kraków-Rabka Zdrój and Lubień-Naprawa sections, the construction of the route of the Northern Bridge (Most Północny) in Warsaw, and many others.

Before assuming the position of President of the Management Board of Trakcja S.A., Mr Arkadiusz Arciszewski served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Polimex Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o.
