22/2024 – Information on the Exercise of an Option under the Agreement with the City of Bydgoszcz – City Roads and Public Transport Authority

In reference to Current Report No. 8/2024, the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, “Issuer”) informs that today it received notification from the Ordering Party regarding the exercise of the option provided in the Agreement (“Agreement”) with the City of Bydgoszcz – City Roads and Public Transport Authority in Bydgoszcz (“Ordering Party”).

The option has been exercised in full, encompassing Package 1 and Package 2. After the exercise of the option, the total value of the Agreement will amount to PLN 106,687,672.00 net.

The Issuer has decided to publish this information as the execution of the aforementioned investment task constitutes a significant part of the Company’s order portfolio and affects the maintenance of current and future revenues and results of the Company.
