25/2024 – Appointment of Acting CEO

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that, on May 20, 2024, the Supervisory Board, based on § 22(2)(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 383 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, decided to suspend Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski from his duties as the Company’s CEO due to his temporary inability to perform his duties.

Additionally, the Company announces that, due to Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski’s suspension, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Andrzej Kozera, a Board Member, as Acting CEO of the Company effective May 20, 2024.

Legal Basis: § 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of non-member states as equivalent.
