Statement of Trakcja S.A.

In connection with the events of 20 May 2024 concerning the detention, on the orders of the National Public Prosecutor’s Office, of Mr Arkadiusz Arciszewski – President of the Management Board, the Company presents its official position on the matter.

The Company is continuing its current operations without disruption, ensuring the continuity of the projects it is carrying out. The Company has implemented procedures appropriate for this type of situation. Trakcja remains a stable player on the construction and energy market in Poland, continuing its commitment to key infrastructure projects.

On 20 May 2024 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution, binding at the time of its adoption, suspending Mr Arkadiusz Arciszewski and entrusted the duties of President of the Management Board to Member of the Management Board Mr Andrzej Kozera.

The Supervisory Board remains in ongoing contact with the Management Board of the Company and is working jointly on resolving the situation.
