The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in Warsaw (the “Company”) provides, in attachment No. 1 to this report, a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on June 27, 2024, in Warsaw.

Legal Basis: Article 70 (3) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
