38/2024 – Ordinary General Meeting – Suspension of Proceedings and Resolutions Adopted Before the Suspension

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that, pursuant to Article 408 § 2 of the Commercial Companies Code, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the “OGM”) convened for June 27, 2024, has declared a suspension of its proceedings until July 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The meeting will resume in the Blue Room at the Company’s headquarters (Al. Jerozolimskie 100, II floor). The suspension was announced following a request made by the proxy of a shareholder.

The Company attaches the text of the resolutions adopted up to the moment of the suspension, along with the voting results.

Additionally, the Management Board informs that, prior to the suspension of the meeting, no items on the agenda were omitted from consideration, and no objections were recorded in the minutes of the meeting.

Legal Basis for the Report: § 19 (1) (5), (6), (7), and (9) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information as equivalent to information required by the laws of non-member states.
