55/2013 – Information on appointment of Mr Julijus Stalmokas as Member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 12 June 2013 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company appointed Mr Julijus Stalmokas as Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for a new joint 3-year term of office.

Previously held positions and stages of the career:Mr Julijus Stalmokas has a university degree. He is a graduate of the International School of Commerce at the University of Vilnius (2006).

in the years 2006–2008                      – Audit Consultant – UAB “Ernst & Young Baltic”

in the years 2008–2011                      – Senior Audit Consultant – UAB “Ernst & Young Baltic”

since 2011 until present                     – Chief Financial Officer – NDX, UAB

since 2012 until present                     – member of the Supervisory Board of NOVOFRUCT SK, s. r. o.

since 2012 until present                      – member of the Management Board of Mispol Group Consulting Sp. z o.o.

since 2012 until present                      – member of the Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A.

According to the submitted declaration, Julijus Stalmokas:

–         does not engage in competitive activities to the Company;

–         does not pursue private interests and does not perform other duties which would be in a conflict of interests with the duties towards the Company;

–         is not a partner in another competing commercial law partnership;

–         is not a member of a body of another competing capital company;

–         does not participate in another competitor body corporate as a member of its body;

–         is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors on the basis of the act on the National Court Register.
