43/2024 – Preliminary Financial Results of Trakcja S.A. for the First Half of 2024

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, “Issuer”) announces that the process of preliminary closure of financial records and data collection for the preparation of the financial report for the six months ended June 30, 2024, has been completed today. In connection with this and referring to current report No. 40/2024, the Company provides the following preliminary estimated financial results for the first half of 2024:

• Revenue from sales: PLN 399,824 thousand
• Gross profit from sales: PLN 11,384 thousand
• EBITDA: PLN 9,168 thousand
• Gross profit: PLN -11,736 thousand

Preliminary estimates of the Group’s financial results will be disclosed after the completion of data collection and preliminary closure of financial records.

The consolidated half-yearly report of the Company and the Group for the first half of 2024 will be reviewed by the auditor; thus, the above amounts are not final and may be subject to change. The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be provided in the consolidated half-yearly report for the six months ended June 30, 2024, which, according to the publication calendar, will be released on September 25, 2024.
