38/2023 – Preliminary Financial Estimates for Trakcja S.A. for the 9-Month Period Ended September 30, 2023

Zarząd Spółki Trakcja S.A. (“Spółka”) informs that today the preliminary closing of the books and the collection of financial data for the preparation of the financial statements for the 9-month period ended September 30, 2023, have been completed. In connection with this and referring to current report No. 37/2023, the Company presents the following preliminary financial estimates:

• Sales Revenue: PLN 680,834 thousand
• Gross Profit from Sales: PLN 37,875 thousand
• EBITDA: PLN 31,889 thousand
• Gross Profit: PLN -6,023 thousand

The preliminary consolidated financial results of the Group will be disclosed after the completion of data collection and preliminary closing of the books.

The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be presented in the consolidated report for the third quarter of 2023, ended September 30, 2023, which will be published on November 22, 2023, according to the periodic report publication calendar.
