34/2022 – Information regarding the resignation of a Vice-President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) hereby informs that it has received a statement today from Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski concerning his resignation from the post of Vice-President of the Management Board and from membership of the Management Board, effective as of 3 June 2022.
In accordance with the contents of the statement, it has been tendered due to personal reasons.
