32/2023 – Preliminary Estimated Financial Results for Trakcja S.A. for the First Half of 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that today it has completed the preliminary closing of accounts and collection of financial data for preparing the financial report for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023. In connection with this, and referring to current report 31/2023, the Company provides the following preliminary estimated financial results:

• Revenue from Sales: PLN 403,069 thousand
• Gross Profit from Sales: PLN 3,012 thousand
• EBITDA: PLN -1,731 thousand
• Gross Profit: PLN -22,645 thousand

These preliminary estimates include the effect of the merger of Trakcja with its subsidiary BTW sp. z o.o., as reported in current reports 27/2023 and 29/2023.

Preliminary estimates of the consolidated financial results for the capital group will be communicated to the public after the completion of data collection and preliminary closing of accounts.

The data presented above is preliminary and subject to review by the auditor. The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be provided in the consolidated report for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, which, according to the reporting calendar, will be published on September 27, 2023.
