31/2024 – Information on the Dismissal of the President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 24, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Code and § 10.6 and § 22.2.1 of the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski from the Management Board and the position of President of the Management Board of the Company, effective immediately, due to a loss of trust related to an ongoing criminal investigation concerning the acceptance of a financial benefit.

Legal Basis: § 5.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for equivalence of information required by the law of a non-member state.
