27/2024 – Information on the Dismissal of Members of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 22, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to § 22 sec. 2 point 1 of the Company’s Statute and Article 368 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Code, passed resolutions regarding:

• The dismissal of Mr. Jakub Lechowicz from the Management Board and his role as Member of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of May 31, 2024,
• The dismissal of Mr. Jerzy Pazura from the Management Board and his role as Member of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of May 31, 2024.

Legal Basis: § 5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
