26/2022 – Rescheduling of the date of publishing the unit’s periodical report for the first quarter of 2022

Further to Current Report 2/2022 of 11 January 2022, the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that the date of publishing the periodical report for the first quarter of 2022, originally scheduled for 24 May 2022, has been rescheduled for 27 May 2022.

The other publication dates of periodical reports have not been changed:
–    Periodical report for the first six months of 2022 – 14 September 2022;
–    Periodical report for the III quarter of 2022 – 24 November 2022;

Legal basis:
§ 80 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information as equivalent required under the legislation of non-Member States (Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757).
