26/2021 – Information on concluding a contract

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that it has signed today with the City of Bydgoszcz, represented by the Municipal Road and Public Transport Administration in Bydgoszcz, ul. Toruńska 174a, 85-844 Bydgoszcz, a contract for the „Construction of a tram route connecting ul. Fordońska with ul. Toruńska, along with the expansion of the road layout and restructuring of the rail transport infrastructure in Bydgoszcz”.

The net value of the contract amounts to PLN 124,890,000.00. The work is to be completed within 24 months from the signing of the contract. The remaining terms and conditions of the agreement do not differ from the terms and conditions generally applied for such contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board has decided to publish the foregoing information, as the performance of the above-mentioned contract is a further step in the diversification of the Company’s activities and its involvement in projects concerning the construction and modernisation of rail transport infrastructure.
