24/2021 – The Annual General Meeting – Significant shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in Warsaw (”Company”) presents in Appendix 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 June 2021 in Warsaw.

Article 70.3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organised trading system and on listed companies (Journal of Laws 2013 item 1382).
