21/2013 – Redemption of series A bonds

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”), with reference to current report No. 18/2013 of March 1, 2013, informs that the management board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (“KDPW”), on March 11, 2013, adopted a resolution in which it stated that in connection with the redemption pursuant to Art. 25 section 1 of the Act of June 29, 1995 on bonds issued by the Company, 5,346 series A bonds marked with the code PLTRKPL00048 (with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 each and a total nominal value of PLN 5,346,000), these bonds were withdrawn from the deposit kept by the National Depository for Securities and, as a result, the day of the resolution, 240 series A bonds are marked with the code PLTRKPL00048.

Legal basis: art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies, and §5 section 1 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
