18/2013 – Acquisition of series A bonds

In reference to current report no. 2/2013 of 15 January 2013, the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 1 March 2013 the Company acquired for the purpose of redeeming 5346 unsecured bearer bonds of series A of the nominal value of PLN 1000 each and the total nominal value of PLN 5,346,000, marked with ISIN code: PLTRKPL00048 (“Series A Bonds”), issued by the Company on 19 April 2011.

The bonds were acquired pursuant to: (i) Art. 25 of the Act on Bonds, (ii) resolution of the Management Board of the Company of 12 January 2013, and (iii) resolution of the Supervisory Board of the Company of 14 January 2013.

The Bonds were acquired at their nominal price along with interest due as of the purchase day. The average unit price of the Bonds was PLN 1006.70per one acquired Bond (with accrued interest).

Legal basis: Art. 56 par. 1 point 2 of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies, and §5 par. 1 point 6 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
